With the Emento app, you as a citizen can access your care guide on your mobile phone.
What is a care guide?
A care guide navigates you through your specific course of treatment at the hospital or in the municipality. Continuously, the care guide provides you with the information relevant to your treatment, and it informs you about your appointments at the hospital or with the municipality, as well as how to prepare for them. Finally, you can communicate directly with the department you are affiliated with via your care guide.
Note: You can only access your personal care guide once you have been informed by the hospital or municipality that your care guide is ready for you and that you should download the Emento app.
If you have multiple courses of treatment at the same time, you can switch between them in the app.
You create a profile with MitID and can log in with either Face ID, Touch ID, or username and PIN code.
A care guide consists of 4 functions:
Appointments: This is an overview of your appointments with the hospital or municipality. Here, you can see the date, time, and address, such as for an operation or a consultation.
Tasks: To ensure you are prepared for your appointments, there are a series of tasks throughout the course of treatment - before, during, and after your appointment. A task might be to read about the precautions for anesthesia before an operation (appointment). All content in your care guide is developed by the hospital or municipality.
Info: This is general information, such as addresses, parking info, and phone numbers.
Messages: Through the message function, you can communicate directly with the department at the hospital or with the municipality.
